What programs are offered in Hamilton Hills Children’s Ministries?

On Sundays we have multiple nursery ministries for children during class time and the morning worship service. There are age-specific classes for children from 2 years of age through 6th grade. During the worship service we also have children’s church for kids through 4th grade.

Wednesday night offers AWANA (pre-k through 4th grade) and JOLT (5th-6th Grade). There are also season-specific ministries such as Vacation Bible School, Fright Free Fun Night, and kids Christmas musicals.

Do I need to register my child to participate?

The first time your child attends, he or she will be registered at the kiosks in the Children's Minstry Wing.  This is part of our kid’s safety policy. You will receive additional information from the kiosk attendant at that time.

Can I drop my kids off and come back to church to pick them up?

For your children's safety, parents of children younger than kindergarten must remain on the church premises while their children are participating in our various ministries.

What is involved in the Hamilton Hills child safety policy?

This policy was created specifically with the protection of our children in mind. It includes training and certification for all workers in the various children’s ministries. Each worker is screened by a limited criminal background check.
