Infertility Support Group
Patiently Waiting: Christian Support for Fertility Challenges
Why a support group?
Has infertility taken over your life?
Do you have one child but long for another?
Do you feel all alone in your journey through infertility?
Puzzled by all of the medical options?
Do you just want someone to talk to who actually understands?
There are many reasons a person may decide to come to a support group. Being part of a group can help you feel less alone. Spending time with others who have been through the same thing that you have been through, or are going through, can help you feel comfortable enough to open up and talk about problems and feelings you may have kept hidden. Come join us as we share, pray, encourage, and mourn with others who know and understand the pain of infertility.
What is Patiently Waiting?
Our Purpose is to provide Christian support for women facing fertility challenges including primary and secondary infertility. We are here to share, encourage, mourn, and persistently seek God's will through the hardships of infertility.
When do you meet?
Every third Wednesday night from 6:30-8:00 pm.
What do you believe?
- We believe that Jesus is the son of God, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and offered his own life as a payment for our sins. We trust in him alone for eternal salvation from sin and death. Matthew 1:18-25, Romans 8:3-4, 1 Peter 2:24, Acts 4:12

- We believe there is only one God eternally exisitng in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. II Corinthians 13:14, Matthew 28:16-20, Titus 3:3-8
- We believe that man was created in God's image and from the moment of conception every life is of extreme value and has a planned purpose. We believe in the sanctity of human life regardless of the method of conception. Genesis 1:27-28, Luke 1:39-44, Jeremiah 1:5
- We believe that God's grace extends to cover the lives of children who die before, at or shortly after birth and the chldren are issued directly into Heaven at the time of death. Matthew 18:3-5, II Samuel 12:21-23, Revelation 3:5.
- We believe that God deeply cares about our pain and gives examples of barren couples throughout the Bible. Genesis 30:1,22-24, Genesis 25:21, Genesis 30:1,22-24, Judges 13:2-3, 1 Samuel 1:1-2,11, Luke 1:5-7
