FAITH Evangelism and Ministry Training
The primary focus of the FAITH Evangelism and Ministry Training is building Great Commission and Great Commandment Christians. That simply means moving every believer to involvement in the kingdom as a multiplying disciple. That process begins with equipping believers to lead people to know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. FAITH Training also equips believers to minister and disciple in various ministry situations.
FAITH Training is offered twice a year in the Fall and in the Spring. Team leaders from the Adult Bible Fellowships form teams of 3 people. These teams meet at a time in the week that works for that particular team. A typical time of training includes a time of focused ministry training and is followed by going out to visit with people. Each team has at least one leader and at most two learners. The leader is the one who directs conversation on the visits. The learners are trained by watching the leader and contributing to the conversation where approriate.
