Doug Baker, Associate Pastor
Pastor Doug's ministry areas entail adult ministry teams, Sunday School, and overseeing the teen ministry, Chi Alpha. He and his wife, Mindy have three children - two girls and a boy - and are instrumental in training and discipling at Hamilton Hills. They are also very involved in our FAITH outreach ministry as well as planning community outreach programs and heading up the church's participation in the Fishers Freedom Festival each year.
Pastor Doug is a native of Ohio and he and Mindy are both graduates of Taylor University. Prior to coming to Hamilton Hills, he was a junior high school teacher before going on staff with Royal Servants International, leading high school and college-age team members on cross-cultural missions trips around the world. He still does training workshops which instruct others in effective youth ministry techniques
